Scouts learn LEADERSHIP SKILLS by taking on positions of responsibility within the Troop.

  • Initiative and Resourcefulness Skills
  • Decision-Making Skills

Most importantly, Scouts build CHARACTER as they embrace Scouting’s core values. After all, developing skilled leaders only matters if they lead with integrity and purpose.
